we work by innitiating the growing process when a customer places an order for one of our current crop options which are listed in the menu below

  after about 3 weeks of growing time, the tray is ready to be harvested

we then phone or text the customer and let him/her know that its time to swing by and pick up the greens

here is where we plan to distribute them

payment can be made with debit, credit, or cash

each successful tray produces around 100 to 150 grams of microgreens

harvested microgreens can be kept in the fridge in an air tight container for about, 10 days

 if for some reason there is a crop failure then we start a new tray thats ready later than expected and the customer gets notified, or if the tray is still sellable then we offer it to the customer at a reduced rate of 2.50$ off for every 25 grams that are lost from things like, improper seed spread, damping off, or other surprising plant health issues
